If you book tickets within 4 working days of the performance, you can pick up your tickets at the box office up until 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

Performing arts:

- Discount price: if you’re under 26 or over 60 / Vooruit member card holders / the disabled / groups of at least 20 people – upon production of your entitlement card (e.g. your identity card).
- Extension price: only for season ticket holders

Ticket pick-up
- You can pick up tickets at the place of the performance from 1 hour in advance of the start.
No one will be admitted after curtain-up. Latecomers and non-used tickets will not be refunded.

Season tickets
Once a year, Vooruit offers season tickets at attractive prices. In May every year, our season guide is launched. It offers a wide range of season tickets for stage shows and concerts at an attractive price.

Vooruit card: the budget-friendly option for everyone aged between 26 and 60
The Vooruit card is valid throughout the whole season (September 2008 until June 2009). It is strictly personal and is available for only € 13. In general, you will have recovered your costs after 4 shows.
The unemployed are also entitled to a discount upon production of their entitlement card.
The Vooruit card cannot be combined with a season ticket and is only valid for stage shows (dance, performance, literature and theatre). As an extra you get a Podiumhopper on top of your Vooruit card.
Wildgedrag card
Are you wild about concerts that are out of the ordinary? Are you in for 10 unique evenings for only 2,5 euros each? Then the Wildgedrag card is just the thing for you. For only 10 euros, you can attend 10 adventurous concerts. You can get the card at the Vooruit box office. It is valid for two seasons (09-10 and 10-11).
On top of that, you’ll get a free trial subscription to newspaper De Morgen for 1 month.

Vooruit gift vouchers
Looking for an original gift for your friends or family? Give them a Vooruit gift voucher for your chosen amount. These vouchers are valid for an entire year and can be exchanged for a ticket for a show of choice.
If the ticket costs less than the value of the voucher, you will get a new gift voucher for the remaining amount. If the ticket is more expensive, you can pay the additional amount.
Podiumhopper
The Podiumhopper gives you the opportunity to visit other cultural venues. This gift voucher worth € 5 is offered to you when you buy a Vooruit member card or a season ticket and can be used as a means of payment when booking at one of our colleagues – Handelsbeurs, NTGent and Bijloke.
Of course, this works both ways: e.g. when you buy a season ticket for NTGent, you get a Podiumhopper which you can use at Vooruit.
NB: The Podiumhopper is strictly personal, is valid throughout the whole season and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Student cultuurcheques (culture vouchers)
Student Cultuurcheques are valid for all shows, with the exception of concerts over € 16 (advance price), events organised by third parties (Kozzmozz, ...) and some big co-productions (indicated on the website and in our monthly).

Accor / Sodexo cultuurcheques
Accor and Sodexo cultuurcheques are accepted as a means of payment at the box office.

Further information
Waiting list
When a show is sold out, a waiting list is set up on the day of the show, starting at 12 noon (at the box office – Phone: 09 267 28 28). For performances on Saturday or Sunday, you have to call on Friday (starting at 12 noon).
Your name is noted in chronological order. A place on the waiting list doesn’t guarantee a ticket for the performance. Present yourself at the box office between 7.30 pm and 7.35 pm on the day of the show. At 7.55 we start reselling the tickets that have not been picked up. Good luck!
Changing tickets
You can change your tickets for the same show on another date, unless it is sold out. Provided that you pay € 2.50 a ticket change and return the old tickets, you will receive tickets for the new date (without retaining your seat)
Wheelchair users
The best option is to book your tickets by phone (preferably 2 weeks in advance). Like this, we can make sure you’re appointed an easily accessible seat which one of our employees will guide you to.
Vooruit strives to make its building as accessible as it can. From this season, wheelchair users can easily access the Domzaal thanks to a newly installed elevator. To guarantee our disabled visitors easy access, we would like to ask wheelchair users to present themselves at the Box Office. Somebody will then escort them to the Domzaal.
