Where can I park?
Parking in the Vooruit area is inexpensive and simple if you park in the parking lot under the Sint-Pietersplein. Parking only costs € 2.50 a day. An overview of all parking possibilities can be found here.
When does a concert or show end?
Because Vooruit offers a wide range of different kinds of shows, it is impossible to give a general guideline regarding the end time. If this information is available, however, it will be added to the show’s information sheet on the website.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on our website, but you can also pass by the box office. The Vooruit box office is open from Tuesday to Friday from 11.30 am until 7 pm and on Saturdays from 3 pm until 6 pm. On the day of the show, the box office opens one hour before curtain up. The box office can also be reached by telephone: 09 267 28 28, only during opening hours.
How can I pay for my tickets?
You can pay online, via money transfer or at the box office. More information can be found under Tickets.
What does a season ticket include and what kind of discounts does Vooruit offer?

How come I can’t buy tickets for certain events online or at the box office?
Not all events in Vooruit are organised by Vooruit itself. Vooruit also hires out its halls to event organisers, student’s associations, etc. for concerts, parties or shows. It is possible that ticket sales are conducted by the organiser and not by Vooruit itself.
What happens to my tickets when a show or a concert is postponed or cancelled?
When a show or a concert is postponed or cancelled, you will be notified by the box office, which will inform you of the further procedure.
In case a show is sold out, how does the waiting list work?
When a show is sold out, a waiting list is set up on the day of the show, starting at 12 noon (online or at the box office – Phone: 09 267 28 28). For shows on Saturday and Sunday it is best to call on Friday (starting at 12 noon).
Your name is noted in chronological order. Present yourself at the box office between 7.30 pm and 7.35 pm on the day of the show. At 7.55 pm we start reselling the tickets that have not been picked up. Good luck!
Can I still change my tickets after buying them?
You can only change your tickets for the same show on another date, unless it is sold out. Provided that you pay € 2.50 a ticket and return the old tickets, you will receive tickets for the new date (without retaining your seat)
How do Vooruit gift vouchers work?
Looking for an original gift for your friends or family? Give them a Vooruit gift voucher for your chosen amount. These vouchers are valid for an entire year and can be exchanged for a ticket for a show of choice. If the ticket costs less than the value of the voucher, you will get a new gift voucher for the remaining amount. If the ticket is more expensive, you can pay the additional amount.
Are the halls accessible to wheelchair users?
Our halls are accessible to wheelchair users. However, it is best to book your tickets by phone (09 267 28 28). Like this, we can make sure you are appointed an easily accessible seat which one of our employees will guide you to.
Can the Vooruit halls be hired?

What are the eating and drinking possibilities at Vooruit?
The Vooruit Café is open Monday to Thursday from 11.30 am until 2 am. Fridays and Saturdays from 11.30 am until 3 am, Sundays from 4 pm until 1 am. Further information can be found under Café.
The Concertzaal and the Ballzaal are equipped with bars where you can get yourself a drink.
Does Vooruit have cloakrooms?
Vooruit provides supervised cloakrooms for all events in the Concertzaal organised by Vooruit itself. The rate is € 1 per item. Cloakrooms are free of charge in the Theaterzaal and the Domzaal.
Vooruit does not provide supervised cloakrooms in the Balzaal. At some parties the organiser provides cloakrooms.
If I leave the hall during a concert or a show, can I get back in?
In the Concertzaal you can get back in at events organised by Vooruit. In the Theaterzaal this is not possible. At events organised by third parties this is up to the organiser.
Are latecomers admitted?
Shows start at the exact time indicated. No one is admitted after curtain up. An exception can be made for concerts in the Concertzaal and the Balzaal.
Latecomers’ tickets and non-used tickets are not refunded.
Is there a first aid post present?
At public events, there is always an employee present who has been trained to provide first aid. They can provide first relief or care. To obtain first aid care, please approach a member of staff.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in Vooruit. In the café, an exception can be made for guide dogs, provided that they are kept on a leash.
Is there a cash dispenser in the building?
Yes, it is located in front of the box office.
