KAMILYA JUBRAN
Palestinian singer Kamilya Jubran adds a modern touch to Eastern music and demonstrates how tradition and avant-garde go hand in hand. She is considered one of the most original vocalists in the Arab music world.

Arifa takes you on a trip through Indian ragas, flamenco, Persian tradition, Western classical music and Anatolian rhythms, performed on instruments such as the oud, darbuka, bendir and erbeni. “This debut album equals Anouar Brahem’s best work in its refined beauty.” – 5-star review in De Volkskrant
