Miet Warlop – winner of the Young Stage Talent Prize at Theater Aan Zee in 2004 – lets her imagination run wild in her performances. In last year’s ‘Springville’, you could see a table with a woman’s legs and stilettos on stage, while a giant disappeared through a small window right before the house exploded.
Warlop is currently working on a new series of short performances under the title ‘ACT/COLLECTION, Trailerpark’. Miet is an artist in residence during the game is up! and will give four previews of her work during the festival. She will also appear during a few unannounced interventions.
