Splash is the name under which Democrazy organizes reggae concerts and parties. We’ll kick off the 2010 autumn season with one of Europe’s best sounds: Pow Wow Movement from Cologne, who will be joined by Antwerp’s Civalizee Foundation and the Riddim Twinz from West Flanders.
