Ghent University and Amnesty International are offering a Chair to Argentine lawyer Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court. He will talk about his team’s battle to obtain justice for victims of some of the worst crimes against humanity.
PROGRAMME- Award Ceremony for the Amnesty International 2009-2010 Chair for Dr. Luis Moreno-Ocampo with introductory speeches by Dr. Paul Van Cauwenberge, Rector at Ghent University and Karen Moeskops, Chairman of Amnesty International Flanders.
- ‘Prosecutorial Policy of the ICC: Lessons Learned and Prospects’, lecture by Dr. Luis Moreno-Ocampo, Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court.
Questions can be asked during a 30-minute Q&A session after the lecture.
