Together with Alborosie, Gentleman, a.k.a. the German-born Otto Tillman, has become one of Europe’s biggest reggae stars of the past years. He has been on world tour after world tour, and reaching the number one spot in the German charts out of nowhere doesn’t seem to be a problem either. And Gentleman is not only popular in German-speaking countries, he is also respected by the Jamaican reggae scene and has worked with Sizzla, Morgan Heritage, Tony Rebel, Marcia Griffith, Cocoa Tea, Anthony B. Barrington Levy and Capleton. His music is a blend of roots reggae, ragga and toasting. His new album will be released in the spring.
