Ghent duo Mary & Me is a band of extremes, sometimes sweet, yet eerily possessed at others. On stage, they are assisted by a string of top-notch musicians.
Mary & Me produces catchy pop songs, seemingly naïve and fragile, yet dark and seductive at the same time. Their music is pure and balanced, and live, the band manages to accentuate the right elements, never playing a note too many or too little.
At Vooruit, they will be presenting their album, ‘Songs for Johnny’, set for release in February 2010.
