In cooperation with ACE Digital House, the festival organises a competition for short films made by students of the Flemish film schools RITS, Sint-Lukas, KhLim, KASK and Narafi. The winning film will be given a money prize of 2,000 euros for the director and of 7,500 euros for the postproduction. Taking part in the competition are: “Abrigo” by Maxim Dierickx (18’ – KASK-fiction); “AL/CE” by Céline Pourveur (15’ – KASK-fcition); “Het Animtieorgel” by Annelies Vandenbosch (2’ – KhLim-Animation); “Circus Ernesto” by Willem Pirquin (4’ – KASK-animation), “Helden van de Harmonie” by Nele De Cat (26’ – RITS – Docu); “Helsinki” by Caroline de Maeyer (17’ – RITS–Fiction); “Laundromatik” by Jeroen Syngedouw (5’ – KASK-animation); “Siemiany” by Philip James McGoldrick (19’ – RITS-Fiction); “Strangers” by Tomas Hendriks (15’ – KASK-fiction); “Tante Mans” by Barbara Raedschelders (4’ – KASK-animation)
