At Korte Metten, you can expect anything from short performances to musical interventions, to video art and installation art and powerful statements. In short, an open day in the heads of creative minds and adventures in the evening hours. At this edition you can expect:

Ariane Loze – Môwn (film)
In the days before Korte Metten, You might run in to Ariane Loze and her camera in the Vooruit building. For her project ‘Movies On My Own, she will be making short films that flirt with film clichés. All at the same time, she is the author of the script, the director, the camera operator and the actress that plays every part. The building and accidental passers-by also become part of the videos. At Korte Metten you will see the final result of material shot at Vooruit.
Randall C. & Brecht Evens (live illustration)
Illustrators Randall C. (Les Somnambules) and Brecht Evens (The Wrong Place) will make a digital non-stop drawing duet throughout the entire event.
