Jamaican reggae artist Jah Cure hit the big time in 1997. Only a year later, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison, forcing him to pursue his music career behind bars. He released several albums while in prison and gathered a share of loyal fans. In 2007 he was released on parole. This year, he released his album, ‘The Universal Cure’.
