Hans Bryssinck and Diederik Peeters allproved that they were young performers with stamina, creativity and a surrealistic sense of humour at the 2007 T:me festival with their collaboration Chuck Norris doesn’t sleep, he waits (with Danai Anesiadou). This season they will join forces again for the play/performance Zanahoria. They asked several visual artists to make a few drawings, which they will transfer to a three-dimensional universe on stage. In the process, Bryssinck and Peeters play with identity and confusion: looking for doppelgangers that could replace them at busy times in the strangest places. And the show is performed by Chinese and Mexicans body doubles, while the makers are already somewhere else… or not?
