After a day of debating on the ups and downs of Flemish film with producers, directors and institutions (from 3 p.m.), it is time for the Flemish and Belgian short film awards. The winning short films will be shown and Flemish Minister for Culture Bert Anciaux will award the prizes (from 8 p.m.).
