Accordion, tuba and cello. This original combination promises to produce an interesting and unique sound. Accordion player Tuur Florizoone, who first took the Balzaal stage in 2007 with MusicAzur, wrote the score for Flemish feature film Moscow, Belgium. Just like Michel Massot (Mäâk’s Spirit), Florizoone is not only a talented composer, but a born performer as well. Cellist Marine Horbaczewski provides a quieter note and keeps her two companions’ banter in check. March 2008 saw the release of their album Cinema Nova, which combines jazz and contemporary classical music.
