Is it music or drama? Swiss collective Velma’s concerts/performances are rather ambiguous. If you saw them performing Velma Superstar at the game is up! 2007, you will know what to expect: an absurd performance ending in a rock gig. Requiem is even more focused on music and is, according to the ensemble itself, an intimate performance. The rockers give a rebellious interpretation of the classically structured requiem. On stage we see a rehearsal: tuning of instruments, plugging in of cables, a technician, producer, groupie, rock band…
