In 2006 Sarah Bettens pleasantly surprised us with her theatre tour From Scream to Whisper. Back then she performed subdued, acoustic versions of her own songs. Now, two years on, she takes a rather different approach.
For the Never Say Goodbye Tour she dug up old vinyl records from the 60s and 70s and picked her all-time favourite songs, which she intertwines with own material in the same nostalgic spirit. With Tom Kestens (Lalalover) on the piano she takes you on a trip to one of the most influential periods in 20th century music featuring classic artists such as Bill Withers, Gloria Gaynor and Marvin Gaye.
