Canadian electropunk formation Duchess Says was formed in 2003 as part of the obscure project The Church of Budgerigars. On stage singer A-C’s hyperactive presence grabs your attention, whether you like it or not. Duchess Says has performed at the most unusual places: from golf courses and shop windows to building sites.
