Syd Matters – a pseudonym inspired by Pink Floyd members Syd Barrett and Roger Waters – is a Parisian artist in his early thirties whose real name is Jonathan Morali. A singer-songwriter, Morali got a record deal with Third Side Records when someone from the label saw him perform an acoustic set in a bar. At this concert he will present his third album, Ghost Days on which he tries to find the balance between his acoustic roots and weird electronica. Expect a French mix of Nick Drake and Thom Yorke.
