In a time when we are bombarded by cheap fashion by chain stores like H&M, Parisian collective Andrea Crews gives new life to old clothes.
Maroussia Rebecq, founder of the collective, loves combining art, activism and fashion. Rebecq skilfully harmonizes what seems like an odd ménage à trois at first. She turns second-hand clothes into adventurous and original creations which are then presented at a fashion show. At the end of the show, the audience can take one of these unique pieces of clothing home. Her first art fashion store will open in Paris shortly.
