After a couple of demos, the EP The Next Superstar, a series of live shows which gained them a solid live reputation, the project Raymond en zijn Helden and a place in the (semi) finals of local competitions for young talent such as the Oost-Vlaams Rockconcours and Humo’s Rock Rally, the Germans are now ready for the real thing.
This spring will see the release of their debut album which is as yet untitled. What we can tell you though is that Pascal Deweze (Sukilove, Metal Molly) and Boris Wilsdorf (who has been the sound technician an producer of the Eirstürzende Neubauten for the past 15 years) will mix and produce the record.
Their sound ranges between hard and soft, effortlessly combining noise with pure songs
in the process. Their work contains elements of Sonic Youth, Brainiac, Liars, Captain Beefheart and even Krautrock (Can, Faust, Neu!), just as well as the Beatles, Pink Floyd and David Bowie.
For the second part of the concert, The Germans will by joined by special guest Eugene Chadbourne.
