French avant-garde guitarist Noël Akchoté is not easily classified in a genre. He has shared the stage with jazz masters such as Fred Frith and Marc Ribot, but has always intentionally remained in their shadow. On his newest album, So Lucky, he explores the repertoire of none other than Kylie Minogue.
