The Swiss Etoy.corporation was created 15 years ago and is one of the few art collectives that have succeeded in setting up a successful company. They run their organisation based on economic principles and use the profits to invest in their art projects.

During this Salon, Etoy will talk about their most recent work, Mission Eternity. This ambitious long-term project gives you the chance to live forever – be it virtually. Etoy divides the world in pilots (the dead) and angels (the living). By signing up as an angel, data and objects that would normally perish can find a new owner and thus live on forever.
