With a little box that reminds us of an old-fashioned View-Master, the Italian trio ZimmerFrei takes us on a trip to the world’s biggest cities. This might sound a bit hectic, but it doesn’t need to be. You step into a kind of camera obscura, where you can take all the time you want to feast your eyes on all the magical things inside. Time seems to come to a standstill, but the depth and the perspective make it seem like a film is unravelling before your eyes.

On Thursday the 18th of October, ZimmerFrei will also be performing the soundtrack to the film project that they will be shooting in Ghent during the Almost Cinema festival.
