Everybody dreams of changing the world. Yet, the four dreamers of the De Koe company actually take a shot at it. They put their dreams together and plead the case for civil disobedience, for only then will mankind have an interesting future.

This surreal and tragicomic drama is based on the movie ‘Le charme discret de la bourgeoisie’ by Luis Buñuel and his collection of short stories ‘An Unspeakable Betrayal’. De Koe turns it into a musical tale with, among others, a classically-trained pianist and a rocker/sound scraper. Together, the musicians and actors make up the’BOH’, short for the Dutch equivalent of ‘Civil-Disobedience Heroes’.
