Not a member of vooruit.be yet? When signing up you can choose to use an external provider right from the start, instead of having to make up yet another password.
Your personal calendar
Keep a calendar and never forget which events you want to attend or attended! On top of that, you will also get recommendations based on your calendar.

See what has changed since your last visit
When you go to your profile, you’ll see your dashboard. Here you’ll find a list of what has happened on the site in the past days: where your friends are going, comments or pictures they have posted, new articles added to an event you are following, etc. You will also find personalized recommendations. Read more below.

Get recommendations
When you keep a calendar and post comments, you will be recommended events that might interest you. Your friends and the tickets you buy will also influence recommendations.
You will also get audio tips from music website last.fm.
If you don’t agree with the recommendation, you can remove it. The system will remember this for future reference, and learn from it.
Follow an event or festival
Do you want to check if an event is almost sold out? Who plans to attend the event? If articles or comments have been added to the event? Log in and click the ‘Follow’ button in the top right-hand corner. You will be notified of any changes on your dashboard.
Follow an event or festival
You can also follow festivals. As soon as we add an event to that festival a notification will appear in you dashboard. By default we’ll forward these notifications to your email address, but if you’d like, you can change this behaviour under “My profile” > “Notifications”.
Stay updated on what your friends are doing
When you are friends with another member of the site, you will follow this person: you’ll be notified on your dashboard when this person posts a reaction, uploads pictures, makes new friends, plans to attend an event, etc.
Find like-minded people
When you keep a calendar and post comments, your ‘neighbours’ will appear on your profile; these are your Vooruit neighbours: people with shared interests.
Recommend an event to friends
Would you like to attend a Vooruit event with friends? Go to the event page and click on ‘tell-a-friend’. Here you will find various ways to invite them: by e-mail, facebook, etc.
Share an event
Send messages to your Vooruit friends
On your page you will find your inbox. Use it to send messages to friends on vooruit.be
Write a comment, post a picture or video
You can add comments about each event. Click on the ‘Add a comment’ button and write something or post a video or picture.
Save interesting items
If you like certain pictures, videos, audio tracks, reviews or comments, click on save and store them in your saved items.
